Berkeley Tower by Ellington: name, price and launch details

Berkeley Tower is the confirmed name of Ellington Properties' new Grade A office tower in Business Bay, Dubai. Before the name was announced in October 2026, the project was referred to in the market as The Langston and as Atelier by Ellington. Launch is expected at the end of October or the beginning of November 2026, and expressions of interest close on 19 October 2026.

Offices and prices

Each floor can be bought whole, as a half, or as individual offices, with up to four offices per floor. Ellington is seeking approval for eight per floor; if granted, the smallest office would be around 1,250 sq ft, from roughly AED 5.6m. Inside the building

The amenity floors are planned with a fully equipped gym, yoga and pilates studios, a stress relief room, and a restaurant and F&B. A helipad for air taxis and drone delivery are both awaiting approval. The building has an automated parking system, 24 passenger lifts, a service lift and two dedicated lifts in the parking building.

Expressions of interest close on 19 October 2026. Securing an EOI requires a payment of AED 100,000 and a copy of your passport, and EOI holders select from the available offices at launch ahead of public release. Register your interest to receive the EOI pack, or request the brochure.
