This policy explains how personal information submitted through this website is handled. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of this website, an authorised channel partner for the project described on it. This website is not operated by the developer.
Information we collect
When you register your interest or request the brochure, we collect the information you enter in the form: your name, email address and phone number, and your budget range where you provide it.
We also record limited technical information with each submission: the page you submitted from and, where present, the campaign details in the web address you arrived through (such as the source of an advert). We do not collect payment details through this website.
If you go on to submit an expression of interest, you will be asked separately for a copy of your passport and the EOI payment. Those are handled through the EOI process, not through forms on this website.
How we use your information
- To contact you about the project, including sending the EOI pack, brochure, floor plans, pricing and launch updates.
- To respond to your questions and arrange calls.
- To process an expression of interest or purchase if you choose to proceed.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve the website and our advertising.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- The developer: if you proceed with an expression of interest, reservation or purchase, your details are shared with the developer and its authorised representatives to process it.
- Service providers: companies that host this website and store form submissions on our behalf, and email and communication tools we use to contact you. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
- Authorities: where required by law or regulation, including anti-money laundering and property registration requirements in the UAE.
Where your information is stored
This website and its form submissions are hosted by third-party providers whose servers may be located outside the UAE, including in the United States and Europe. Where information is transferred internationally, we rely on providers that apply appropriate security and data protection safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to contact you about this project and any related purchase, and to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will do so and delete or anonymise your details unless we are required to keep them.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies at present. It stores campaign details in your browser for the length of your visit so they can be attached to your enquiry, and it loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. If we add analytics or advertising measurement tools, this policy will be updated.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you can ask to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is inaccurate;
- delete your information;
- stop receiving marketing contact, at any time;
- withdraw any consent you have given.

Security
This website is served over an encrypted connection, and access to submitted information is restricted to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
