Atelier by Ellington is now Berkeley Tower

Atelier by Ellington was one of the names reported in the Dubai market for Ellington Properties' new Grade A office tower in Business Bay. Ellington has now confirmed the building's name as Berkeley Tower. The project was also referred to as The Langston. The building, location and terms are unchanged.

What is Berkeley Tower?

A Grade A office tower of ground plus 62 floors in Business Bay, a minute from Sheikh Zayed Road and Business Bay Metro Station, developed by Ellington Properties through ELPG Real Estate Development. Floors of 10,500 to 11,500 sq ft are sold whole, as halves, or as individual offices.

Expressions of interest for the Business Bay office tower close on 19 October 2026. Securing an EOI requires a payment of AED 100,000 and a copy of your passport. EOI holders select from the available offices at launch, ahead of public release. You can register your interest to receive the EOI pack, or request the brochure to receive it as soon as it is released.

Where is it?

In Business Bay, between Downtown Dubai and DIFC, around a minute from Business Bay Metro Station and Sheikh Zayed Road, and ten minutes from DIFC.
